Kinda disturbing but it is the only way to tell a kid that being touched at the private parts is wrong and also to tell us that social ills are usually the root of the problem.
hmm although it looks like a children's book because of the drawings and such, it may not necessarily be reading materials for children... because i've came across something like this and usually it is to raise awareness and i doubt that they are sold in bookstores.. most likely to be by organizations which protect rights or sthg.. but then again, i may be wrong... interesting share of story though..
I don't think we'll see this kind of books in Malaysia. Hopefully We don't need them even in the future!
well, disturbing as it is, it's probably one of the best thing ever published to teach kids about sexual abuse from a very young age...n it should also serve as a good reminder for parents who are too busy with their own problems to notice something's amiss with their kids...i say kudos to whoever publishing it!!!
