Wern Shen has DIY'ed a third brake light on to his (#GV1) Black Pearl BNR34. Having fitted his Top Secret Carbon Fiber Trunk/ Boot lid, it has eliminated the third brake light. Of course, you could cut out a hole to fit it in but would you really want to do that to your new Carbon Trunk?
Check out the LED's he got fitted to his Sard Carbon Fiber GT Wing! Pretty neat I must say.
Edit: Wern Shen told me to change the audio so people won't hear him saying the "Tekan....Lepas..." numerous times. *laughs* Hence the weird tune in the background of the clip.
