I was going through some old files and discovered a couple of short clips of his ride.
This clip was taken at Aerotech when the garage was still a popular tuning spot.
This is a clip from Auto Select Japan taken from Wee Liang's BCNR33 while it was being mapped and tuned. Chin Chan tagged along and was keeping up.
It's a real quick car and we are all eagerly waiting for it to be resurrected once again. Since then, he has had several additional modifications done to it. It now sports an RE Amemiya GT-AD kit and will have Gunmetal Advan Racing RS wheels.
Will definately snap some shots once the car is ready.

Which body kit? His old kit came with the car when he got it. The RE Amemiya wide body kit he ordered through ST Wangan. The engine at that time had a single TO4E if I'm not mistaken.

wow, thats cool, got the latest pix of his car? coz wish to see the RE wide bodykit. T04e.. hmm.. can push at least 300-400hp if play safe.but why his engine always giv him problem? he din find ah choy to rebuilt?

Yeah, Eiichiro Sawa or also known as Seijiro Sawa, the founder of Auto Select Japan was the person filming. Wee Liang had a soft toy there, forgot what it is. Recently it was a Chicken Little doll because lot's of people says he looks like it. *laughs*

No I don't have any recent pictures of his car at the moment. His car at it's peak had 360whp. Don't know why his engine kept giving him problems. Can't diagnose. Eiichiro Sawa is building the engine for him.
leo, if blew engine becoz of the apex seal, mostly becoz of tuning problem (rotary not that weak). mostly his car ECU running high boost with lean petrol... perhaps he can ask ST Wangan to hire their jp contract tuner (previously designed Apex Power FC)to do for him. your friend got a really nice car. would appreciate u can ask him want to sell his old bodykit?? lol.
I don't think the engine blew because of the apex seals. You can ask him yourself. I don't think it's the tuners fault. Might be mechanical. Thank you for your suggestion but his car was already being worked on by Eiichiro Sawa of Auto Select Japan. He is also a Japanese tuner so why run around. Yes, I know ST Wangan brings is Furukawa. As for your other inquiries, why don't you contact him yourself. I will give you his details. =)
